Unlike seed oils, beef tallow gives chips a more intense flavor, a perfectly crispy texture, and natural deliciousness. Beef tallow is stable at high temperatures therefore no harmful substances are formed during frying.

Our Story

We’ve always loved food and exploring new flavors—but we also care about how what we eat affects our bodies. We enjoyed chips, yet their ingredients never felt right. We searched for a better alternative, but couldn’t find one. So we decided to experiment.

The result is Pufston’s Chips: perfectly crispy potato chips fried in beef tallow, made with a simple, honest recipe, authentic flavor, and absolutely no compromises.
