From the Naše hospodářství farm. It handles high temperatures and gives the chips a full flavour.
Redmond Real Salt
Unrefined salt with no anti-caking agents. We salt by hand, right after frying.
We fry slowly, in small batches and in tallow, because that's exactly how chips used to taste.

We source our beef tallow from Naše hospodářství, a farm where cows are treated with respect and raised outdoors. Our potatoes come from Hana Součková’s farm, and we handcraft our chips in the Czech Republic.

Every batch is made by hand, which is why we never make more than we can give our full attention to.
We slice
We thinly slice the potatoes and rinse off the starch.
We fry in tallow
The potatoes are fried in beef tallow in small batches.
We salt and pack
Lastly, we season the chips with Redmond Real Salt and package them.

FAQ
What does beef tallow taste like?
Chips fried in tallow are richer, slightly buttery and crunchier. They taste bolder and “fuller” than chips fried in ordinary seed oils.
How long do they last?
Stored properly in a cool, dry place, they last up to 4 months.
