Unlike seed oils, beef tallow gives chips a more intense flavor, a perfectly crispy texture, and natural deliciousness. Beef tallow is stable at high temperatures therefore no harmful substances are formed during frying.

Our Story

We have always has a love for food and discovering new tastes. But we also cared about how the food we consume affects our bodies. We enjoyed eating chips, but their ingredients did not satisfy us. We searched for a better alternative, but to no avail. So we started experimenting.

The result is Pufston's Chips - perfectly crispy potato chips fried in beef tallow. With an honest recipe, authentic taste, and absolutely no compromises.
